N-Hance Wood Refinishing is excited to announce it’s newest franchise owner Lee Knigge. Lee will be running his N-Hance franchise in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where he has ran his Chem-Dry franchise for the last 23 years. Chem-Dry is a sister company with N-Hance Wood Refinishing. Both companies are owned by the parent company Harris Research Inc.

At our January 2017 annual Chem-Dry and N-Hance convention, Lee asked what other franchise owners though of the N-Hance business. He received positive feedback and felt that there was more money to be made by owning both franchises.

As Lee finishes our June 2017 week long new buyers training program in Logan, Utah, he reflects on the program: “ It has been very good. Very informative! Lot of hands on, which I think is great. You learn a lot more from doing work that is hands on. We went to a couple of customer’s homes and did some kitchen cabinets. We did a color shift and they turned out great!”

Our training program creates opportunities for the new owners to work in a real kitchen, which is key in preparing them to be successful back home.
