1. Expanded Product Line 

N-Hance franchisees can now increase their job average with this partnership and product line launch with Richelieu. Franchisees receive exclusive pricing for Richelieu products that organize built-ins into cabinets, such as drawer dividers, spice drawers, pull-outs, and appliance lifts. These inserts can help a variety of clients, including seniors who can’t lift a heavy appliance onto the counter or busy families who just want to keep their kitchens more organized to make cooking dinner quicker. Customers can now receive a complete cabinet makeover from the outside and inside.  

2. Exclusive Color Palette 

Customers should enjoy turning their kitchen into what they’ve dreamed of, not spend hours stressing over what color to choose. Instead of offering 17,000 different color options, we’re narrowing down their choices. We took the data from the 12,000 kitchens we do a year and a guide and expert advice for the consumers through the development of an exclusive color palette. N-Hance’s exclusive color palette includes 30 shades of whites, grays, blues, and greens. Of course, if they want another color that’s not in the palette, we can still do that.  

As a part of developing the color line, we created our own tint bases. Then, we helped our franchisees invest in the most accurate tinting machine, so owners can confidently tell their customers that the sample color is the color they will get on their cabinets. 

3. Increased Franchise Advertising 

We’re stepping up our game to ensure our brand appears before our customers. This includes advertising in 10 national magazines that reach 8.5 million people, including Good Housekeeping, Beautiful Kitchens & Bath, and Dream Kitchens & Bath. In addition, as a cabinet refinish and paint franchise, we’re partnering with the National Kitchen and Bath Association and the Interior Design Society for more national brand exposure. 

There will be 12 weeks of national TV ads throughout the year, plus 44 weeks of advertising on YouTube TV and Hulu, reaching 13 million viewers on streaming services. 

Our presence on social media is also increasing, with 9.5 million impressions throughout the year on Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, Pinterest, Twitter, and TikTok. 

2023 HRI Convention 

We announced the franchising news at our annual convention in Orlando, Florida. There we also celebrated our thriving franchise owners. 

First, more than a dozen franchisees were honored with President’s Club recognition, which recognizes our top performers, both operationally and top line. They included Mike Hawkins, Richard Nance, Greg Overfield, Mike Rozo, Tom and Ryan Seeger, Kenneth Koger, Ken Mullen, Jim Berardi, Robert Degraff, Ron, Lisa, and Michael Markese, John Dearing, Brian Curran, Tyrel Falgout, Rich Reid, Clay and Teresa Fennimore, Tim and David Judy, and Patricia Senak. This group of owners all hit the million-dollar mark in sales, in addition to upholding the high standards of operation for our brand.

    They embody all characteristics of success, including hard work, innovation, progress, customer care, mentoring, and network-building. 
  • Rookies of the Year: Ryan and Cassie Belling with N-Hance of Omaha and Larry and Tammie Stolz with N-hance of Southeast Arkansas
    In their opening year, they’ve been successful at generating revenue and exemplify great passion and hard work. 
  • Ambassador Award: Anthony and Cyndi Rizzo of N-Hance of Morris
    The Rizzos are great mentors within the network. They’re positive spokespeople for the brand and are approachable to potential franchisees. 
  • Innovation Award: Aaron Davis, Ron Markese, Lisa Markese, and Michael Markese of N-Hance of East Louisville and Central Jersey
    This owner group is constantly looking for ways to improve their business and looking to try new services and techniques. 
  • Service Excellence: Jim Berardi of N-Hance of South Nassau
    Berardi always has the customer’s best interest in mind and is a major contributor to the overall N-Hance brand reputation score. 
  • Marketer of the Year: John Dearing of N-Hance of Greater Baltimore County
    Dearing implements innovative and effective marketing strategies and leads other franchisees in new and traditional marketing techniques. 
  • Rising Star Award: Danny and Christy Trussell of N-Hance of Albuquerque
    Through excellent business management, ambitious effort, and quick learning, the Trussells grew their business in meaningful ways. 
  • Closer of the Year: Bill and Cindy Walker of Southern Oregon
